We offer free express shipping with UPS on all watch straps and accessories orders.

In most European countries it takes from 1-3 days.

All watch straps and accessories in original, unworn condition may be returned for a full refund to be issued back to the original payment method. Returns must be initiated within the 14 days return period. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at strapspot2024@gmail.com and we will help you. Please note that Strapspot does not cover the shipping costs for the return, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for safe shipping to our office.

The lug width can often be found on google if you search for "Your watch model + lug width" ("Omega Seamaster lug width" for example) or visit the online database called WatchBase and read about your watch. Most common widths are either 18mm, 20mm or 22mm. If you are uncertain what size you need on your watch band, feel free to contact us and we will gladly help you.
